Currently, the description is sent as the message body and the title is sent as 
the URL description inside the jabber:x:oob element.

Which client are you using? (and can you probably attach a screenshot of a 
headline message)

When using Headline notification mode, either the news description or title is 
send as a Jabber message, but not both. The title information sometimes is very 
useful to get a quick overview of a message.

Please add the message title to headlines notifications.
